A few shots 'en direct' from the Nuit Blanche. It's a lovely evening, albeit a little windy. There's a bright full moon in the sky which is celebrated in the East as being the roundest and fullest of the year, and which is giving a little extra atmosphere to the installations.
All of these photos were taken at the Parc des Buttes Chaumont.
I'm not exaggerating when I say we took the exact same pictures tonight. Probably walked right by each other. I wish they had the Parc de Buttes Chaumont lit up like that all the time . . .
Louis: I agree. I suppose there'd be security problems after a while, but there's definitely something magical about a park like that at night. Perhaps they could open it for a few nights each summer to start with.
