Adam, nice compositions. I am intrigued by the "split house" photo with the right side in need of repair and the window shuttered tightly.
Hi Genie: When I took the photo it was just for the geometry. It wasn't until I looked at it at home later that I saw the contrasts and saw that it was in fact two neighbouring houses.
